In October 2008 The Tyfloset System was selected as one of the 35 finalists in the e-Inclusion Awards competition (469 projects entered). The European Commission has established the e-Inclusion Awards to raise awareness, encourage participation and recognise excellence and good practice in using ICT and digital technology to tackle social and digital exclusion across Europe. The European e-Inclusion Awards 2008 are designed for initiatives and projects that have used ICT and digital technology to impact positively on socially disadvantaged or digitally excluded groups. Apex representatives will take part at the e-Inclusion Awards ceremony in Vienna on 1.December 2008.

Apex took an active role at The International Fair for Transportation "INNOTRANS" in Berlin, Germany.

The Tyfloset System was demonstrated at Public Transport Show in Porte de Versailles, Paris.

Apex took part in The 6th Meeting of the Disabled which was held in Leipzig (Saxony) as part of the international exhibition "ORTOPEDIE-REHA-TECHNIK" Apex was exhibiting information and wayfinding systems for the blind and partially sighted. The system BLIS which had already been implemented in Dresden by Dresden Transport Company was also included.

In April 2006, The Apex Electronic Visual and Acoustic Information System was implemented at Prague Ruzyne Airport at terminals Sever1 and Sever2.

1.4.2006 When The Prague Transport Museum opened after the winter break on there was a new exhibit on display - a panel demonstrating the development of information systems in the public transport. This was a gift from Apex.

In August 2005 The Information System for the Blind and Visually Impaired was implemented in Dresden (BLIS) - in the first German city.

In July 2005 the first stage of Transport Integrated System (Prague and its surroundings) came into operation.
